At Big Bear Books, we take great care in packaging and shipping your order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind or duplicate purchase.We can only process an exchange if:
  1. The item arrived damaged during shipping
  2. You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. You provide clear photos of the damage and your order number
To be eligible for an exchange, the book must be unused, in its original condition, and include all packaging.Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.
